Cindy has resided in the Lake Geneva area since 1995 moving here from the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago. Growing up on a Cattle Ranch in North Dakota gave Cindy a strong work ethic, honesty and integrity. She worked as a Regional Manager in the Food Service Industry for 20 years, her last position being with Jimmy Dean Foods. While she loved the business she decided to make a career change enabling her to stay home more and spend time in this beautiful area. Working for Fortune 500 Companies gave her the marketing and negotiating skills needed to be a successful Real Estate agent so it was a natural fit when she decided to get her license in July of 2001.

Cindy's beliefs are that success is earned with hard work and by making the customer number one. To provide an unprecedented level of service to her clients with-in 6 months of starting in the business she hired her first licensed assistant. In summer of 2003 she partnered with Fred Geldermann. Together they have achieved over $60 Million in sales and sold over 200 properties. They share the philosophy that their job is to protect the client as best they can and to ensure that the clients enter into a transaction with eyes wide open, whether that client is the buyer or seller. Because Cindy & Fred both come from business backgrounds they treat the Real Estate Industry like the true business that it is, not a part-time hobby. This provides their clients with the tools and facts they need to make the right decisions when selling a home or making a purchase.

Cindy resides in Geneva Aire Estates just outside of Lake Geneva. She is involved in many community activities and enjoys spending time on the lake.
